Adds support for Visual Studio 2022, .NET 6 and .NET 7.

- Added Support for Microsoft Visual Studio 2022, .NET 6 and .NET 7 - AddTapi now supports all major versions of .NET from 2.0 to 7.0. Separate DLLs for .NET 2.0 - 3.5, .NET 4.0 - 4.8 and .NET 6.0 - 7.0 are provided. Please note that AddTapi.NET is still a Microsoft Windows-only library because it uses Windows-specific Telephony API.
- Additional device-specific functionality:
- Added 'TapiCall. DeviceSpecificStatus' property to provide access to device-specific portion of the call status.
- Added 'TapiAddress. DeviceSpecificStatus' property to provide additional device-specific information about the address status.
- Added 'TapiCall. DisplayableAddress' property. This property is used by Panasonic phone systems to provide additional information about group calls.
- Other improvements:
- Improved processing of outgoing calls when the destination number is busy.
